Carrer is the publication of FAVB — the Federation of Neighbourhood Associations of Barcelona — with decades of experience defending neighbourhood rights.
The challenge was to bring a consolidated print publication to the internet without losing its editorial essence.
The solution
We built the project from scratch with two clear axes:
Complete digital archive All magazine issues in PDF, accessible, organised and searchable. Decades of neighbourhood journalism, available online.
Web article publishing Beyond the archive, the system allows publishing independent articles when the content calls for it — without waiting for the next print issue.
A hybrid model that respects the publication’s tradition and adapts it to the possibilities of digital.
