Nau Bostik
A cultural space that deserves a tool built for it
Nau Bostik is a self-managed sociocultural space in the Sagrera neighbourhood, Barcelona. Intense activity, diverse community, constant agenda and completely horizontal management.
The current website works, but it doesn’t accompany. It’s a showcase, not a tool.
The vision
We are developing a proposal to turn Nau Bostik’s website into a real tool for management, communication and governance of the organisation.
Not a redesign. A fundamental transformation.
A system where the website stops being a noticeboard and becomes the digital centre of the space: collective agenda, space and resource management, communication with the neighbourhood, internal transparency and self-management tools for the entities that coexist there.
Why it matters
Nau Bostik is not a conventional client.
It’s a complex project, with multiple actors, diverse needs and very defined values. Getting it right requires understanding the organisation as much as the technology.
