Ressona — Digital Identity for Artists
When image and technology speak the same language
Ressona was born from the convergence of two trajectories: Pocallum, with years of accompanying artists in photography and visual identity, and LinuxBCN, building web infrastructure with free software. The result is a brand designed for musicians, actors, dancers, visual artists and emerging creators who need a solid digital presence without sacrificing coherence.
The name comes from ressonar (to resonate): to echo, to vibrate. A digital identity should do exactly that — amplify what the artist already is.
Ten services, one vision
Ressona doesn’t sell websites. It accompanies artists across everything their digital presence needs:
- Visual identity — logo, palette, typography, complete graphic system
- Press kit — short and long bio, curated photos, technical rider summary, in professional format
- Website — static site built with Hugo, hosted on GitHub Pages, no tracking cookies
- SEO — canonical, hreflang, sitemap, Open Graph, structured JSON-LD
- Analytics — GoatCounter without cookies, private dashboard accessible without technical knowledge
- Social media — image templates for Instagram and LinkedIn, online generator in the private area
- Multilingual — Catalan and English by default; Hugo’s i18n system makes adding languages clean
- Admin dashboard — SHA-256 protected, no external backend, everything in the browser
- Automation — GitHub Actions updates analytics every hour without manual intervention
- Accessibility — WCAG AA: verified contrast, ARIA, skip links, valid W3C HTML5

The ressona.eu site is itself a demonstration of the service’s philosophy:
- Single page, with anchor navigation and smooth scroll
- Zero JavaScript dependencies on the public site — all animations are CSS-driven, the only audited exception is GoatCounter
- Animations with character: massive gradient typography resonating in the hero, typing effect on the tagline, audience cards with random float-in, services that reveal text on hover
- Contact form via fetch without page reload, with inline feedback
- Private dashboard with Chart.js (self-hosted), visit KPIs, sections, devices and referrers
- Template generator for social media: 4 formats, 5 backgrounds, 6 icons, direct PNG download
Built with Hugo + GitHub Actions + GitHub Pages. No own server, no database, no monthly infrastructure costs.
Who Ressona is for
Active musicians who need somewhere to send promoters and programmers. Actresses and actors with a scattered portfolio across platforms who want a single reference point. Dance collectives preparing a tour who need a press kit in two hours. Visual artists who want their website to speak the same language as their work.
No technical knowledge required. The admin dashboard is as simple as a social media results page — but private, no algorithms, no data leaving the server.
