An independent photography publisher
112Books is an independent publisher focused on
photobooks and photographic projects.
The challenge was not just publishing content.
It was structuring a coherent and sustainable
digital editorial system.
Website currently under renovation — the new version
will include a news blog and an integrated shop,
built with Hugo to reduce weight and improve performance.

112 Revelats is a project by publisher 112Books
to give visibility to emerging photographers through
the collective photobook format.
Two open calls per year. Each edition, a group of authors
publishes a digital photobook together. If the project
takes root, also in print.
The website has migrated from WordPress to Hugo —
lighter, faster and fully self-managed via Git.
Tech stack
Hugo extended — native Sass processing, no runtime dependencies.
GitHub Pages — global CDN, automatic deploy.
GitHub Actions — automated build and deploy in ~20 seconds.
GoatCounter — cookieless analytics, GDPR-compliant, with custom dashboard.
Formspree — submission forms without proprietary backend.
The Catalan neighbourhood movement’s magazine online
Carrer is the publication of FAVB — the Federation
of Neighbourhood Associations of Barcelona —
with decades of experience defending neighbourhood rights.
The challenge was to bring a consolidated print publication
to the internet without losing its editorial essence.
The solution
We built the project from scratch with two clear axes:
Complete digital archive
All magazine issues in PDF, accessible,
organised and searchable. Decades of neighbourhood
journalism, available online.
The Federation of Neighbourhood Associations of Barcelona
FAVB is one of the oldest and most representative
neighbourhood organisations in Barcelona.
Consolidated digital presence, complex content management
and a digital ecosystem that needs to be maintained
with criteria and without breaking what works.
